Accessibility

How the Drum With Alex website has been rebuilt to be easier to read, navigate and use.

Last reviewed 27 June 2026

Built to be clear and usable

The site is designed around readable content, keyboard access, responsive layouts and straightforward routes for parents, schools and students.

  • Keyboard navigation and visible focus states are included
  • Forms use labels, validation and consent wording
  • Accessibility should be reviewed as new content is added

What Has Been Built In

The Drum With Alex site has been rebuilt with accessibility, mobile usability and clear navigation in mind.

  • Semantic headings, landmarks, breadcrumbs and one H1 per checked page
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation, visible focus states and skip link
  • Labelled forms, useful validation messages and clear consent wording
  • Responsive layouts that work across mobile, tablet and desktop
  • Local images with alt text and no unnecessary third-party scripts

Known Limitations

Some imported older blog content and legacy media may still need periodic editorial review. PDF downloads can also be less flexible than web pages for some assistive technology users.

External services such as the student portal, payment provider or embedded media are controlled by their own platforms.

Accessibility Feedback

If something is difficult to read, navigate or use, email support@drumwithalex.com with the page address and a short description of the issue.

If you need lesson terms or other information in a different format, contact Drum With Alex and we will help where possible.

Ongoing Improvements

Accessibility should be reviewed when new pages, forms, PDFs, media, booking tools or third-party integrations are added.
